Intro to Summer Swim Team - This is a program, held in the warmer waters of the Therapy Pool, for 4 to 6 year-old swimmers who are looking to join a summer swim team. The emphasis will be on building endurance and confidence within a swim practice setting. The lane lines will be installed in the pool to simulate swim practice. Although the coaches will be in the water as necessary, the goals are to allow the children to swim independently. By the last session, the swimmers will be given an opportunity to swim a lap in the main pool.
